Return and Refund Policy

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. Because of the delicate nature of anime figures, PVC collectibles, and resin GK statues, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All sales of anime figures, statues, and related merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Minor box damage incurred during international shipping (we pack securely, but outer packaging boxes are meant to protect the inner collectibles and may occasionally show minor wear).
• Minor paint variations, small factory imperfections, or assembly nuances common in mass-produced or domestically produced replica figures.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Transit & Quality Issues)

Although we do not accept general returns, we care about your order condition. If your item arrives severely damaged or broken due to transit, or if critical parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following proof:

• Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged product and the original outer shipping box with the shipping label.

Once verified, we will review the case on an individual basis to provide a suitable solution, such as sending replacement parts or issuing partial/full compensation where applicable.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing or shipping stage. Once your tracking number has been generated or the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
